I like the concept of the matte polish - and it looks so pretty when it first goes on - problem is, if you wear a topcoat, it makes it SHINY, which defeats the purpose! But, if you don't protect it, it chipe quickly. What a quandry. I like the red velvet color, too. Nice pics!
